About JMD Menswear.

JMD Menswear is a local Conyers showroom for men who want to show up looking sharp, confident, and different from everyone else in the room. Behind the store are Danny and Lucky, with a combined 70-plus years in men’s clothing, custom menswear, retail, and customer service, plus Cornell on visual merchandising and the unexpected outfit combinations.

Who we are

The people behind the floor.

JMD is led by Danny and Lucky, with Cornell on visual merchandising and the unexpected outfit combinations that open up what a customer can do with a look. Together the team keeps an eye on what’s current, what’s coming next, and what will actually work for the person standing in front of them.

At JMD the goal is not to push every customer into the same suit. It’s to understand the occasion, the fit, the customer’s style, and the feeling he wants when he walks out. Some come in with an event, a color, or a style idea; others arrive with no idea at all. Either way, the team helps narrow the options and find a look that fits both the moment and the man wearing it.

Limited pieces, not a warehouse rack

When it’s gone, it’s gone.

JMD buys with exclusivity in mind. Many fashion pieces arrive as limited runs — often one piece per size and only a small number across a style. Once a fashion garment is gone, the store doesn’t simply reorder it and fill the floor with more of the same.

That’s the point of an exclusive floor: customers get a look that feels personal and current without everyone else turning up in the same thing. If something catches your eye, come try it on, feel the garment, and compare it against the other options on the floor.

The showroom

Try it on before you decide.

Pictures and online listings only tell part of the story. In the showroom you can feel the garment, see how it fits, and decide whether it gives you the look you want.

  1. Feel it, see the fit

Handling the fabric and seeing the real fit takes the guesswork out — trying on eliminates the uncertainty a photo leaves behind.

  2. Picture the whole look

Mannequins and styled displays help you visualize combinations, so it’s easier to see how the pieces come together.

  3. Leave with the right one

Plenty of customers walk in set on one idea and leave excited about a different look after seeing what’s on the floor.

Formalwear close to home

Conyers, GA — and the area around it.

JMD gives customers in Conyers, Rockdale, Covington, Lithonia, Snellville, Atlanta, and the surrounding area a place to find current menswear without driving far from home. Some make the trip from farther out because the floor changes and the pieces are limited.

Whether it’s prom, a wedding, a quinceañera, a church event, a banquet, an interview, a photoshoot, a date night, or a gala, the focus is the same: help you leave looking better, feeling better, and more confident than when you walked in.
